VOTERS began receiving council election ballot packs last week from the Victorian Electoral Commission.
The ballots have to be returned by 6pm on October 26. Voting is compulsory and ratepayers who do not take part will be fined.
Residents who are 70 or older and non-residents won't be fined if they don't vote.
Residents who haven't received their pack by Wednesday should call the Monash election office on 9563 0083.
