Police are appealing for public assistance to find a man who flashed a 17-year-old girl in Glen Waverley earlier this year.
About 9.25am on Wednesday, June 13, the girl was checking a timetable at the bus stop on High Street Road. When she looked up, the man was staring at her with his pants around his ankles.
