CANNONS fans will get the chance to see A-League Melbourne Victory stars Archie Thompson and Brazilian import midfielder Guilherme Finkler when the Victory meets Oakleigh in a preseason game on Tuesday night.
The Victory’s official facebook page confirmed the fixture this afternoon. The game will be played at Jack Edwards Reserve at 7.30pm.
The Cannons are in Victorian Premier League finals contention and will relish the chance to face the A-League glamour club who are attempting to learn the stylings of new coach Ange Postecoglou.
The Victory played State League 1 club Port Melbourne Sharks last week, winning 2-1. The Cannons host VPL champions Green Gully at Jack Edwards Reserve tonight at 8.30pm.
