FORMER Wheelers Hill student Jimmy Connor was named in the Australian men's diving team for the London Olympics last week.
The 17 year old moved to Queensland last year to pursue his Olympic dream after representing Australia at the 2010 Commonwealth Games.
Connor attended Mount View Primary School and Caulfield Grammar Wheelers Hill campus before moving to Queensland. Connor will compete in the 10-metre platform.
Former Sacre Coeur college student Anabelle Smith also earned selection in the women's three-metre synchronised springboard and Victorians Jaele Patrick and Loudy Wiggins nee Tourky have also been selected.
