A 69-year-old Burwood man appeared in the Melbourne Magistrates Court last Friday charged with six counts of indecent assault involving children.
The man allegedly sexually abused children in Sunbury and Chadstone between 1974 and 1984.
He was arrested by detectives from Victoria Police's Taskforce Sano as part of an ongoing investigation into historical and new child abuse allegations resulting from the Victorian parliamentary inquiry.
