Flag ceremony: Monash Council is holding a flag-raising ceremony at 8.45am on Saturday outside the civic centre at 293 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley. Australia Day ambassador Rachael Robertson, who recently returned from an expedition in the Antarctic, will be speaking.
