Shayla, 5, enjoys a few books at the Mulgrave library service point that opened last Tuesday. The library, in the Wellington Reserve Community Centre on Mackie Road, is stocked with 1200 materials including picture books, fiction and bestsellers. There are free wi-fi and iPads available.
