CITY of Greater Dandenong residents can enjoy a free day out at the seventh City of Greater Dandenong Race Day at Betfair Park, Sandown Racecourse on Saturday, April 24.
The day is organised by the Greater Dandenong Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with the Melbourne Racing Club, sponsored by the City of Greater Dandenong and supported by the Journal.
The feature race will be the City of Greater Dandenong Cup, won last year by the Tony Vasil-trained Maxisun.
Confirmed sponsors for the day are the City of Greater Dandenong, Greater Dandenong Chamber of Commerce, the Journal and ESP Tecforce.
There will also be plenty of free family entertainment.
