WAVERLEY Basketball Association last week denied rumours it had signed up with the South East Australian Basketball League.
Speaking to the Journal, WBA president Mike Bullock said the club wasn't currently considering making the move.
"We're very loyal to Big V, the governing body of basketball in Victoria," he said.
Bullock said he had received a number of inquiries about the rumoured move.
"It's possibly because we're a medium to large sized club that has been very successful, but we're not considering a move."
