THE allegations made by Inga Peulich are absolutely false. I have never signed another candidate's nomination form. It is unfortunate that a member of Parliament has used parliamentary privilege to air false allegations by a disgruntled former councillor who was upset about missing out on becoming mayor.
If Ms Peulich actually believes what she has raised, she should have the courage to say it outside Parliament where she is subject to the same laws of defamation that apply to rest of the community.
