I REJECT any suggestion that I bullied or harassed Tom Morrissey at his store. I do not recall meeting with Dane Manzie, Stephen Dimopoulos and Paul Klisaris in the lead-up to the 2005 council elections. I have never observed Cr Dimopoulos, or any one else, sign another candidate's nomination form. If I had observed such a thing I would have reported it to the Electoral Commission. I am not a Labor-endorsed or supported candidate and am not required to follow any ALP rule in relation to my role as a Monash councillor and at no time have I ever done so.
I have never pressured anyone to caucus. I am not aware of any caucus arrangement between Monash councillors.
