VEGA FM's Chrissie Swan celebrated a raucous hen's night last week at Mulgrave's Village Green hotel.
Concerned she may never have a hen's night, breakfast show co-hosts Dicko and Dave O'Neil threw a party featuring male entertainers Manpower and their own brand of exotic dancing on August 31.
"It was beyond my imagination, I had no idea how good it was going to be,'' Chrissie said.
To match Manpower, Dave and Dicko gathered four male listeners to perform a cowboy-clad strip routine under stage name 'The Pirates of Pants Down'.
"Women went absolutely crazy for them. They were more popular than Manpower,'' Chrissie said.
The group of six which included a Noble Park milkman and Cranbourne plumber slowly removed their clothing during the three minute act stopping only at their gold g-strings.
"I've worn one before, but there's no substitute for getting up before a room full of women,'' Dicko said.
After stripping down to ear-piercing screams the men jumped off stage to join the audience where the Australian Idol host had several pairs of lingerie thrown at him.
Earlier in the night Chrissie and 10 "hen'' listeners arrived
drinking champagne in a pink Hummer fitted out with a smoke machine.
"I almost can't talk about what went on in there (in the Hummer). It was on for young and old,'' Chrissie said.
Impressed at crowd involvement, Chrissie said there was a "massive effort put in'' by partygoers with one woman coming as a giant hen and many donning feather boas.
