Monash to fight pokies bid

01 Feb, 2012 09:46 AM
MONASH council will fight a bid by Clayton hotel L’Unico to increase their number of pokies machines by 25 per cent.

The council last night resolved to make a submission to the Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation (VCGR) objecting to L’Unico’s application to increase the number of electronic gaming machines from 28 to 35.

More to come.
