CHRISTMAS sparkle has found its way into Monash Civic Centre, thanks to help from volunteer decorators from the Glen Waverley Ladies Probus Club. Members including Joan Adams (pictured) spent the year making thousands of hand-made decorations to add lustre to the council's Christmas tree. The club has helped to decorate the Christmas tree for the past 15 years.
