Fatal smash
A Chadstone man has been charged with culpable driving after the car he was driving was involved in a fatal collision at Mount Waverley about 2.50am Saturday. The 24-year-old allegedly returned a blood alcohol reading of .117 after the sedan he was driving and another car collided on Highbury Road. A passenger in the second car died at the scene and the driver was taken to The Alfred hospital. Picture: Wayne Hawkins
