Attendant stabbed in Clayton

A WOMAN was stabbed in the arm last Wednesday night during an armed robbery in Clayton.

The 24-year-old was working alone in a store on Centre Road when three males believed to be in their late teens entered just after 9pm.

Two of the men were armed with knives. One of them went behind the counter and removed cash from the till while the other leaned over the counter and stabbed the woman in the arm.

Police said a third man was present but

did not give further details.

The first man is described as Caucasian, about 178 centimetres and of medium build. He was wearing a dark blue hooded jumper with a white cap and shorts.

The second man is about 190cm with a solid build and olive skin. He was wearing a dark T-shirt and shorts with high cut runners and a white cap.

His face was covered by a white bandanna.

The third man is about 170cm with a solid build, an olive complexion and short black hair.

He was wearing a dark T-shirt and shorts and had his face covered by a white scarf.
